Trials are a part of us being refined. And, though we know that all things work together for good to them that love YAH, to them who are the called according to his purpose trials certainly don't feel good at the time. But, let us remember this truth: YAH loves us, YAH wants what is best for us, and though we may not understand His plan we know that it is good. So, instead of holding on to fear, worry, or anxious thoughts that grip the heart, let us refocus (cast down those thoughts) and make a choice to TRUST in YAH.
For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. ~ Romaiym (Romans) 8:24-25
